By creating an account or using Brain Rot Video Generator (the “service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Availability & performance

The service may be slow, interrupted, or degraded at any time. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific response times.

Generated videos

Output videos are produced for you to download through the app. We do not promise to keep, archive, or permanently store your rendered videos. Videos are not treated as long-term backups and may not be retained after generation or session.

Download and save your videos before closing your browser, navigating away, or ending your session. If you do not save a file to your device, you may lose access to that output.

Credits & payments

Credits and billing are handled as described on the billing page and at checkout. Taxes, refunds, and payment disputes may be subject to our policies and applicable law.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
